Kotido and Pader district leaders have asked Kotido kraal leaders to order their kinsmen out of Pader and end atrocities there.
The resolution was passed during an inter-district security meeting held on March 15 at Longor dam, 60km west of Kotido town.
Agago County MP Prof. Ogenga Latigo, who read records of atrocities meted on the people of Pader by the Jie warriors, said the warriors looted property, burnt down houses, killed people and stole 46 head of cattle in Paimol, Adilang, Lapono, Patongo, Lokole and Wol sub-counties on March 10.
He demanded the Kotido authorities identify and apprehend the suspects, return their property and livestock and pay compensation for the people killed.
Jie County MP Rex Achilla said they wanted harmony with Pader as they depended on the district for pasture and water during the dry season.
