This is how they work: They will promise you a good education in a college or university in Europe or America, with up to-date documents of a non-existent college in England or America, then send just one person as a sample and that person who becomes a reference point for all the other applicants. Then you the desperate ones for education are asked to pay the money for the air tickets, subscription as well as college fees. Then they make your passports in less than one day. All the money is payable through one bank, fast money order and should be in dollars. Later, the long-awaited trip is postponed due to a technical problem. The pastor provides his contacts in the initial stages of your excitement. Then his phone goes off and your e-mails are not answered. Your money, non-refundable, goes and you never get any feed-back. After six months, you learn that you are chasing hot air.
