Cyprian Musoke reports that presenting their report to the defence and internal affairs committee, the committee that was selected to visit safe houses and other detention places, said Bageya said they had visited without notifying them.
“We went to the Clement hill premises for an impromptu visit. Bageya was unwilling to let us in saying we should have informed him before coming,†said defence committee vice-chairperson Betty Udongo, who led the five-man delegation.
She said after a lot of bargaining, Bageya led them on a guided-tour of the place.
