SC Villa v Express

THE ability to bounce back from near extinction is the hallmark of strong teams.
And if that is the yardstick to measure Express’ fortunes, then the Red Eagles have failed the test so far and need to reduce the damage on their confidence this weekend.
Thursday’s appaling draw against Game Boys left Express starring in the face of reality—they are losing ground on flawless Villa.
When news filtered through Wankulukuku that Villa had taken maximum points against Masaka, at a time when Paul Bwire had levelled for Game Boys, everything that had previously been perfect became wrong.
Fans started questioning the impressive officiating of centre referee Sulaiman Matovu and assistant Robert Bukenya, hurled insults at coaches Jan Fray and Leo Adraa, the players, and attempted to rough up former manager Kassim Buyondo.
Express must now pick itself in time for tomorrow’s must win clash against champions Villa.
If Express lose, you can be rest assured the resultant turmoil at Wankulukuku will bear no comparison with the current chaos.
Villa’s AS Aviacao debacle is looking a thing of the past while Express’ scandalous draw and exit at the hands of Green Buffaloes is reverberating in the ears of the players.
Hassan Mubiru is struggling with form as are teammates Wasswa Bbosa and Toto Songe.
Red Eagles need to learn how to fly quickly without the dependable services of injured Francis Onyango, Peter Rwebuga, and Abed Bironse or sink further. Ends
