Headmaster re-arrested

KAMPALA — The police have re-arrested the headmaster of Bwanga High school in Rubabo, Rukungiri, Robert Agaba, in connection with the murder of his former student. The Katwe police station detained Agaba last month to answer charges of abduction following reports that Pamela Kanyesigye, a student, was missing.
