UGANDA National Institute of Special Education (UNISE) has unveiled ambitious plans to equip tutors of Primary Teachers Colleges with skills in special needs education (SNE).
The project to be financed by the Danish Agency for International Development (DANIDA) is targeting tutors from all the 47 PTCs in the country.
Daniel Alenyo, the co-ordinator of the project was briefing 71 tutors from 43 PTCs.
