Nabagereka Sylvia Nagginda has urged students in higher institutions to pursue their studies alongside the cherished Buganda norms and values.
She was presiding over a handover ceremony to the new executive of Makerere University Nkoba Zambogo Students Association at the Main Hall at the weekend.
She said Buganda Kingdom’s future was dependent upon the youth and urged them to ‘deeply get involved in the kingdom’s cultural and development programmes’.
Mengo minister for Youth and Cabinet Affairs, Charles Peter Mayiga, hailed the association for mobilising the youth towards the promotion of Buganda Kingdom’s programmes.
