Villa v Heroes

VILLA coach Micho Sredojevic is delighted with the return from injury of Philip Obwiny, Timothy Batabaire and Morley Byekwaso and hopes they will help return some style to the champion’s title bid.
Sredojevic was unimpressed with the recent quality of football by his side, especially in the final game of the first round against Express that ended goalless.
Injury-hit Villa should be able to start the second round against Heroes today, buoyed by the return of footballer-of-the-year Obwiny, star defender Batabaire and midfielder Byekwaso.
“I have told my players to build good form on the way to playing good football. After playing good football, they can then win,” Micho said.
“That (Express game) was the worst match I saw between the league’s top teams.”
Mbale giants Heroes are coached by former striker Ibrahim Maruti and have signed Moses Kintu from Iganga.
