HOIMA — Bugambe Police have arrested a lendu Congolese refugee, Abrahim Tiba, who allegedly murdered his wife Farida Somasi. The acting officer in-charge of the police post, P.C Kibuuka, said Tiba suspected Somasi of having an affair with another lendu man. “We tried to rescue the situation but it was too late. The man continued to cut his wife even when we arrived. The woman died due to over bleeding,” Kibuuka said.
