SOROTI — Donors funding the AIDS Integrated Model District Programme (AIM) have said lack of quality services for patients had increased stigmatisation. AIM assistant director for monitoring Ken Heisse said this while launching Soroti’s five-year HIV/AIDS strategic plan at the Sports Grounds on Friday.

Two drown
TORORO — Two people reportedly drowned on River Malaba. They had crossed into Kenya to buy cooking oil and sugar. The incident brings to three the number of people who have drowned in the river in less than a month. Ends
