KKL Handed Tough Draw In Gothia Cup

THE Kampala Kids League (KKL) U-14 team have been given a tough draw in the Gothia youth Cup 2003 in Gothenburg, Sweden in July.

THE Kampala Kids League (KKL) U-14 team have been given a tough draw in the Gothia youth Cup 2003 in Gothenburg, Sweden in July.
The KKL select side, who are the defending champions, are pooled in group 1 with IF Brommapojkarna –— who have 200 youths teams in Sweden. The other teams are Moorreger SV from Germany and Savedalens IF of Sweden.
The KKL side will be playing on the main field with all the media lined up to catch the African side.
The youth side will come under strong opposition from Alto dos Pinheiros of Brazil, Numanica and Aldapeta from Spain, Club America from Mexico and Frankfurt Babies of Ghana.
However, the U-11 side that will be making its debut in the Tivoli and Gothia Cups, have been pooled in group 8 that has two UEFA cup winners IFK Goteborg. Other teams include Bremen, Gothernburg, Kerrulet UFC-1.
The KKL youth team, that will defending the Tivoli, Gothia Cups and making its debut in the Haarlem Cup, is officially sponsored by Stanbic Bank. Co-sponsors include SN Brussels, the official carrier of the two teams, Sudhir Ruparelia, Maersk, Safmarine, Rwenzori Water and Time Out.
All matches will be played on Astro turf
