The MP for Bukonzo East in Kasese district, Apprunalis Kithende Kalibogha, has said plans to establish a university in the area are underway.

The MP for Bukonzo East in Kasese district, Apprunalis Kithende Kalibogha, has said plans to establish a university in the area are underway.
“I am involved in the plans to establish a University in this district. If one has to compete and strive in future, they must be educated highly,†Kalibogha said recently.
He was speaking at a consultative meeting with local leaders and parents from various parts of Bukonzo West constituency.
The MP owns a secondary school in Bwera town, about 62 kilometers West of Kasese town.
Under his Kithende Hostels, the MP also owns another school in Rubaga, Kampala.
He said there was need to improve academic standards in the district.
