Two sisters stunned residents of Kisaasi recently when they seriously fought over an apple. The two young women rent a two-roomed house.
According to eyewitnesses, one of the girls, Jackie who is also the youngest of the two got the apples from one, Eriya, her elder sister’s boyfriend.
“Eriya told her to deliver the apples to his girlfriend, Carol, but Jackie just ate them,†eyewitnesses said.
Later in the evening, Carol paid a visit to Eriya. Eriya asked her if she had received the apples. She said no.
“I gave them to Jackie. May be she has not yet given them to you,†Eriya said. As soon as Carol reached home, she asked Jackie for the apples. Jackie admitted she had received the apples, but had eaten them.
“How can you receive my apples and eat them without telling me?†Carol asked.
Within no minute, the two had began fighting.
Had it not been for the intervention of Eriya, it would have been worse.
Meanwhile, Carol was not amused by Eriya’s intervention. She thought Eriya would have kept quiet about the apples.
