She said health workers should encourage the use of sputum examination, which she said was the best lab test for TB other than subjecting patients to x-ray examination, which she said was not 100% correct. Chono was speaking during the district review workshop on the management of community based direct observed treatment short course held at St. Augustine Students’ Centre on July 5.
