State minister for defence, Ruth Nankabirwa, on Wednesday told weekly press government briefing that government was considering adopting spiritual warfare in addition to military strategies against Joseph Kony Lord Resistance Army (LRA).

Luzinda said the country would be doomed in crisis if the government starts to believe in charms in order to solve some of it our problems.

Luzinda warned the youths throughout the country against indulging in early sex and marriage, saying this may make them susceptible to AIDS scourge.
