Arua best PLE pupils awarded

THE 10 best performing pupils and three best primary schools in Arua district in 2002 Primary Leaving Examinations (PLE) have been awarded cash prizes and scholastic materials

THE 10 best performing pupils and three best primary schools in Arua district in 2002 Primary Leaving Examinations (PLE) have been awarded cash prizes and scholastic materials. Their benefactor is K.G. Adubango Construction and Engineering Works Ltd Education Reward Scheme for West Nile.

The awards were handed over to the beneficiaries by Richard Andama Ferua , Arua LC V chairman, recently at Arua Public Primary School.

The five best boys and the best five girls received sh120,000 cash each.

Arua hill primary school received teachers motivation of sh400,000 cash and text books worth sh800,000, Teremunga received sh300,000 cash and text books worth sh700,000 and Arua public received sh250,000 and text books worth sh500,000 respectively.

The best boys are Chol Abraham Machar from Inyau Primary School who got aggregate 5, Jovita Ojidri from Cilio, Emmy Saviour Jakisa from Arua Hill PS, Ronald Embati from Ombatini and Ronald Otieno from Nyarilo who all got aggregate 6.

The best girls are Aidah Titi from Awindiri Primary School who got aggregate 8, Nathaline Driciru from Inyau, Christine Dawa from Awindiri, Samira Chukia from Arua Public and Wadiko Irene from Jiako who all got aggregate 9. Emily Angufiru from Ezuku got 10.
