KAMPALA — The High Court on Tuesday ruled that Dr Charles Ssali, the manufacturer of Mariandina pills, violated medical ethics when he used his preparations as drugs curing HIV/AIDS without proper research.
Justice John Patrick Tabaro was dismissing an appeal by Ssali against the Uganda Medical and Dental Practitioners Council (UMDPC), which suspended him for two years accusing him of what they called professional misconduct.
