KASESE district council chairman Bihande Bwambale has stressed the gains of the district under the Movement government, writes Vision Reporter.
He told local governments minister Tarsis Kabwegyere in Kasese town on Friday that the Government had built 436 classrooms and equipped them with more than 3,700 desks.
He said Universal Primary Education (UPE) schools had received over sh347m and sh484m in UPE and School Facilitation Grants. Kabwegyere was meeting district leaders.
