LUBAGA South MP Ken Lukyamuzi has said his Lubaga house is not built in a wetland but in a gazetted industrial area, writes Vision Reporter.
Lukyamuzi on Tuesday told the parliamentary committee on natural resources that he had not contravened any law and would not leave or demolish the house. Lukyamuzi is a self-confessed environmentalist and holds its prestigious Globe International vice-presidency. “I have been there for over 20 years. I will not leave unless the place is degazetted as an industrial area. I am with my people and I am proud to be with them,†he said.
