Horizon Bus Toilets Are Filthy

SIR— Recently, I travelled by Horizon bus to Mbarara. Upon disembarking, I went to their toilets at the Mbarara Horizon Park. What I witnessed was a potential cholera epidemic waiting to erupt. There are only two toilets, others are locked and labelled as stores. Those being used do not flush, thus mounds of human waste. The notice at the door advises passengers not to pay and that services are free. I think that is why there is nobody to clean them. Management of Horizon Coaches must have the same hygiene in their toilets as they do on their buses.
