There are people like Atwib Musoke, alias Ali Waswa, and Nyasio Kibuuka, who have been using false documents. Of recent, there has been a large number of people claiming to be part of the UPDF and its security department. They arrest their victims and drive around CMI, CID or ISO headquarters to show that they have contacts there. Matters get worse when the vehicle of Col Elly Kayanja or Col Noble Mayombo pass by. The public is advised always to call the Police or our civil military relations officer on tel 041-343668/077-404648.
