SIR — I read with great disappointment the news that KCC cannot fund, on its own Kampala’s street lighting.
SIR — I read with great disappointment the news that KCC cannot fund, on its own Kampala’s street lighting. Shall we always wait for World Bank to fund everything we do in Uganda?
Really, the KCC chiefs, should be ashamed! As leaders of the great city council what will they want to be remembered for? Beggars for
everything or doers?
