MPs’ excesses!

SIR— If the Members of Parliament go ahead and grant themselves pension as though they are permanent and pensionable civil servants, then Parliament will lose value because the MPs will be seen as self-seekers and not agents of development.

Remember that they are the same MPs who raised their salaries before debating any other developmental issue of our country.
