Noel Meier has been appointed the new Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of MTN Uganda.
He takes over from Thomas Bragaw, who has become a troubleshooter for MTN operations around Africa.
Campbell Utton, the chairman of the MTN board of directors said on Monday, Noel started his career with the South African department of posts and telecommunications, where he gained a wealth of experience in the telecoms industry.
