The items which included packing brailler machines, stylus and slates, ridge white can and reams of hard and light braille papers will help blind people under the Functional Adult Literate (FAL) programme.
The district FAL coordinator, Jackson Olea, said the materials would help people with vision impairment learn how to walk and write. Ends
