THE Tourism, Trade and Industry minister Prof Edward Rugumayo (right) has advised the Chamber president to acquire ownership of Africa Trade Development (ATDF) buildings which government gave the chamber to generate revenue for running its programmes.
The government donated the buildings, but UNCCI has not yet acquired ownership from privatization unit.
He was officiating the first UNCCI’s Annual General Meeting (AGM) at Jinja on Tuesday, which is now one of Uganda’s engine of growth and economic progress and investment.
Rugumayo said the UNCCI has now stabilized and found its feet as offi-
ow engine of Uganda’s economic progress. Ends
