A PARLIAMENT delegation led by the Deputy Speaker of Parliament, Rebecca Kadaga, was on Wednesday in Rwanda to attend the inauguration of the newly-elected national Parliament.
The delegation included Kasirivu Atwooki (Bugangaizi) and Jane Akwero Odong (Kitgum).
Rwanda recently held presidential elections which were won by the incumbent, Maj. Gen. Paul Kagame.

Benelux envoy starts work

Uganda’s ambassador to the Benelux countries Deo Rwabita on Wednesday presented his letter of accreditation to King Albert II of Belgium.
A statement from Uganda’s embassy in Brussels said Rwabita conveyed President Yoweri Museveni’s greetings to King Albert II.

Three dead in Kayunga crash
