Bishop William Magambo of Bushenyi has reversed the decision of the University Council of the proposed Ankole Western University to have two campuses.
Magambo recently said the university should have its campus at Nganwa High School in Bushenyi.
Since the university was proposed, the authorities have been divided on location.
The university’s last council meeting had decided that there should be two campuses, which the bishop has rejected.
