Arua LC5 chairman Richard Andama Ferua has dropped five secretaries in a reshuffle and created two portfolios.

Arua LC5 chairman Richard Andama Ferua has dropped five secretaries in a reshuffle and created two portfolios.
Andama on Thursday shocked the district council with the announcement but said the changes were a result of numerous complaints from civil servants and and were intended to improve service delivery.
Leone Candia, the former secretary for education, is the new vice-chairman while Cyril Eriku is the secretary for education. Others include Azima Alimani (production), Idoru Dramuke (finance/ planning), Christine Aciferu (health).
and Buga Matata (works and technical services).
Francis Draga retains the post of security and general duties.
Those dropped included the vice-chairman, Ocitia.
Also dropped were Lonjino, Swaib Akifo, Rita Popo, Dan Opima and George Ambe.
