On a recent trip to Thailand, WBS business reporter Irene Birungi got the chance to interview President Museveni in his hotel room.
Since then Birungi has been boasting that when she and her cameraman walked into his room, Museveni was on his bed reading a book and his pistol was on the bedside table covered with a cloth. He had no bodyguards.
Apparently, after the interview, the president asked her to sit down and grilled her on where she comes from and what her name means.
