We wish, on behalf of the students Community of the 10 National Teachers’ Colleges (NTCs), whose results had been arbitrarily cancelled, to thank you for your editorial comment in Education Vision, October 27, 2003.
It is only after you had raised your concerns over the fate of six thousand (6,000) students whose results had been withheld for over three years, that Kyambogo University woke up to the plight of the concerned students and released the results.
Our sincere and heartfelt thanks also go to our good and experienced Lawyers that is Med Kaggwa, Sserwanga & Co. Advocates, the students community and its leadership.
We have been together throughout this struggle and exhibited a high degree of ethics, patience and maturity during the long trying period by allowing the law to take its course.
