Property Masters, a prominent real estate company, has given away 160 acres of land to Lawrence Kalungi, a Kibuli businessman, reports Kiganda Ssonko.
This was part of the company’s most recent promotion involving several FM radio stations.
The land, valued at over sh10m is located on block 137 plot 23, East Buganda, in Buluuli, Nakasongola Luweero district.
Property Masters managing director, Patrick Kasulu, handed over the land titles to Kalungi recently at the Nile International Conference Centre in Kampala.
Kalungi said he spent sh200,000 in the phone calls to radio stations to accumulate the 172 coupons which won him the land. Property Masters has also given away other prizes including a new house.
