The path to ruin

SIR— Reading Edmund Burke many years ago, I picked a simple definition of a constitution as “the principles by which a country
is governed.”

Another thing I picked was that a nation needs good
governance, a vision, order
and discipline: without these,
it heads for ruin.

Teso has broken the ice:
they are saying, where would we have been if the Government and the Arrow Boys had not come to
our assistance?
