<b>New hospital</b><br>JINJA — The medical superintendent, Dr. Benon Wanume, has said the first children referral hospital in Uganda is to be built in the district.

JINJA — The medical superintendent, Dr. Benon Wanume, has said the first children referral hospital in Uganda is to be built in the district. He said the World Bank would fund the project. He was recently speaking during the hand-over ceremony of contract documents to BMB construction company who won the tender to renovate Mukeshi Madhvani Children’s hospital, formerly Nalufenya children’s ward.
