EDITOR—On Friday, Bukedde published photographs of nude women dancing at Ndeeba, a suburb of Kampala! What was the intention for these girls to expose their nakedness in public? Had they been raped,who would be to blame?

I strongly agree with the ethics and integrity minister, James Nsaba Butuuro, when he strongly condemns such acts.
Such behaviour soils the image of uganda morally and culturally. What a shame that girls as young as 14 years old can engage in such behaviour! what kind of future mothers are they going to be? How can men enjoy seeing these naked young girls!
