THE in-charge of the UPDF recruitment team, Lt. Col. Francis Takiirwa, said they would not recruit people with disabilities into the army.
Takiirwa was addressing youth from Kabale and Kanungu districts who turned up to join the national army.
The resident district commissioner, Cox Nyakiru, advised the youth with health problems not to bother joining.
