THE Uganda Rugby Union is to put more emphasis on developing schools’ rugby this year.
THE Uganda Rugby Union is to put more emphasis on developing schools’ rugby this year, according to Ramsey Olinga, the country rugby development manager.
Olinga said that during the past year the union put focus on the national 15s senior side because of the competitive tournaments that required results but it was now time to attend to the young generation.
