When you finally get online, the advisors take their time while attending to you.
As if this is not enough, you are billed for every second spent on the helpline. Multichoice, can’t you get a toll-free line for us? At the very least, we should share the bill since most of the time we call, it is because of system breakdown. You are giving us a raw deal.
