Bad weather has affected the team of US and Ugandan divers who are searching for the wreckage of the Ilyuhsin plane that crashed into Lake Victoria on March 9.

Bad weather has affected the team of US and Ugandan divers who are searching for the wreckage of the Ilyuhsin plane that crashed into Lake Victoria on March 9.
Civil Aviation Authority spokesperson Ignie Igundura yesterday said: “The weather is not helping. It is stormy and this affects the work of the divers.â€
Last week the joint team, whose efforts have been re-enforced by the acquisition of modern equipment, announced that it had located the wreckage of the plane, 26 metres under the lake.
