CRANES striker Brian Umony will tussle it out with athletes Moses Kipsiro and Moses Kibet as he seeks to win back-to-back uganda telecom/USPA monthly sports personality awards.

The Cranes and KCC striker won the February award. USPA will vote the March winner at their assembly at Oasis Restaurant, Lugogo today.

Umony was considered after his starring role in Cranes wins against Sudan and Malawi where he scored in both games. He also scored one and had a hand in the other goal as KCC beat SuperSport United 2-1 at home.

Kipsiro won the first ever medal in the seniors’ category when he won silver at the World Cross Country Championships in Amman, Jordan, March 28.
