ESKOM Uganda has donated items to street children
ESKOM Uganda has donated items to street children reports, Donald Kiirya.
The items that included 60 blankets and mosquito nets were handed over to Jimmy Obbo, the programmes manager of African Network for Prevention and Protection Against Child Abuse and Neglect, by Eskom’s managing director Nokwanda Mngeni at the company headquarters in Jinja on Friday.
Twenty-four children will benefit from the donation. Eskom operates and maintains both the Nalubaale and Kiira power plants in Jinja.
