THE First Lady and state minister for Karamoja affairs, Janet Museveni, has advised girls to avoid early sex.
“It is my prayer and hope that all of you are free from premarital sex,†she said.
Mrs. Museveni was speaking at the 35th anniversary celebrations of Bishop Kivengere Gilrs’ School in Kabale district on Monday.
The school, with a population 550 students, was founded in 1974 by the then Bishop of Kigezi Diocese, the late Festo Kivengere and his wife, Canon Merab Kivengere. It was named in tribute to the late bishop.
