I am a 38-year-old mother of two. For the last three months, I sleep soundly, but wake up in the morning tired with body aches. I have seen many doctors, done many tests and drugs do not help. What is wrong with me?

This problem is common in modern day women. They take care of their families and forget to take care of themselves. To solve this problem;
l Understand that you are not a superwoman.
Plan your personal rest.
Share the problem with your husband. lPlan your day with time off for yourself.
Exercise regularly.
lLet the children and your husband also help with the household chores.
Get regular holidays for yourself. You can also see a counsellor for more help.
