Ugandan entertainment personality Ronnie “Mitch†Egwang has been announced official host of the Tusker Project Fame III (TPF) show. Mitch co-host the show through its 12 weeks with Kenyan beauty, Shiela Mwanyigha.

Ugandan entertainment personality Ronnie “Mitch†Egwang has been announced official host of the Tusker Project Fame III (TPF) show. Mitch co-host the show through its 12 weeks with Kenyan beauty, Shiela Mwanyigha.
TPF, now in its third year, is an East African-based reality TV music talent search show. Valerie Kimani from Kenya, was the first winner, followed by Uganda’s Esther Nabaasa.
TPF 3 starts this Sunday in Nairobi, Kenya, and will be screened live daily on UBC TV at 6:00pm. In Uganda, it will be launched with a gala night at Efendy’s Bar & Restaurant, Centenary Park, Kampala.
“I am ready to fly the East African flag as the host of the show,†said Mitch. Mitch started out 10 years ago on 104.1 Power FM, then went on to Sanyu FM, KFm and is currently the MD, Eclipse, an events company.
He is famous for his cool, collected and smart on-screen persona with the ability to appeal to all crowds; corporate and otherwise. He is expected to bring uniqueness to the contest with his deep resonating voice.
Mwanyigha is a radio/TV presenter with over five years experience. Currently she is a radio presenter/programmes controller on Easy FM in Kenya and brand mentor for Bailey’s Cream Liqueur.
She has been the Kenyan field presenter for Big Brother One plus co-host for Season One and Two of TP. She understands all the twists of the show and will ably guide the fans throughout the contest.
