Peter Kibazo’s impartiality!

EDITOR—I am an ardent viewer of the WBS programme Issues at Hand. I have noted with concern the poor way in which the moderator, Peter Kibazo, handles the programme.
EDITOR—I am an ardent viewer of the WBS programme Issues at Hand. I have noted with concern the poor way in which the moderator, Peter Kibazo, handles the programme.
For instance, during the programme aired on Tuesday, September 1, Kibazo clearly took sides with MP Reagan Okumu. Lt. Col. Kulayigye, the other guest on the show, was hardly given a chance to talk despite the fact that he had come with an interesting dossier on Okumu and rebel activities. Whenever Kulayigye tried to pass on information to the public, Okumu or Kibazo would interrupt.
To an impartial observer, the show came off as a well-laid ambush meant to tarnish the image of the UPDF. Mr. Kibazo’s moderation skills should be an issue at hand for WBS management.
