Reports trickling in from the Kampala Road nightspot Club Rouge claim Ally Alhibhai no longer holds any stake in the club after selling all his shares to his partner and pal Tempra Iga.

Reports trickling in from the Kampala Road nightspot Club Rouge claim Ally Alhibhai no longer holds any stake in the club after selling all his shares to his partner and pal Tempra Iga.

Ally allegedly wanted to concentrate on his music and event promotions company, Talent256; responsible for artistes like Blu3, Michael Ross, Tonix and HB Toxic. An insider says Ally is still an employee at Rouge.

His presence is highly valued because of his close ties to flashy customers, especially the expatriates. “Many of Rouge’s best customers like American embassy employees would only call Ally and he would immediately organise special VIP treatment for them,” our source said.
