MIX the minced beef with fresh bread-crumbs, salt, pepper and onions

Ingredients
Minced beef 500g
Fresh bread 50g
Onion chopped 115g
Salt to taste
Pepper, a pinch
Fat to fry 30-45g

Procedure
Mix the minced beef with fresh bread-crumbs, salt, pepper and onions

Form the mixture into even sized cakes
Shallow fry till cooked

Serve hot with barbecue sauce
