14 teams for Kamuli gala<br>- Over 12 teams are expected to take part in the Kamuli district under-14 soccer gala that is expected to take part at Nabigongerwa ps in Kamuli on Saturday. The matches are expected to start at 9am.

- Over 12 teams are expected to take part in the Kamuli district under-14 soccer gala that is expected to take part at Nabigongerwa ps in Kamuli on Saturday. The matches are expected to start at 9am. Tournament organiser Bob Mulawa said the tournament will show case grassroot talents in the area for future national events. He said senior clubs in Kamuli have not been strong enough to excel at zonal level warranting need for talent hunting.
Bugiri Idd Cup
- Four teams have confirmed participation in this year’s Idd Aduha Cup this weekend in Bugiri. The four are cup holders Jobless Corner, Wangapi, Busowa and Naluwerere football clubs. The winners will walk away with a cow while the runners-up will get two goats.

Yasin Kamya was the hero for Kawempe as he scored the only goal over two legs against Bwaise in the semifinal of the City Tyres Eid cup in Kawempe. Kawempe takes on the other winner Kazo Kasolo who eliminated Mbogo 2-1 in the final today.
