KENSINGTON Africa has scooped an international property award.
The firm won the CNBC International Property Award 2008 for its Kensington Luxury project in Kampala.

“The fact that Kensington earned one of these coveted awards is sure proof that Uganda and Africa can also triumph within this highly competitive arena.

“Having been given this high recommendation by its peers, we can now display the property awards’ logo with pride,” the firm said in a statement.
It received the award in London, recently.

“The award puts Ugandan development on the international stage for the first time. Kensington Africa has proved to be the first Uganda based developer to have achieved this recognition,” the real estate developer said.

This is a credit to all Kensington Africa staff, clients, partners and associates.
The release says that this was in the results of the European & African Property Awards in association with CNBC Television and SIMA for 2008 that have just been revealed.
