When you publicise bimansulo you are making advertising them! A large percentage of people who live in Kampala like ebimansulo. The evidence is that the
day Bukedde brings up those pictures the paper is nowhere to be seen on the streets by mid-day!
When those pictures are published, they wake up people’s minds who had not yet known that ebimansulo existed and they
start looking for them. As a result ebimansulo gain momentum. I request that when the girls who participate in these shows are arrested, the news should not be accompanied by pictures.
